Facebook Fan Page Ads: Optimized Bidding or Manual?

Optimzed vs Manual Facebook Bidding

Over the past year and a half or so one of my main interests has been building Facebook fan pages. It all started with a WSO I bought and promoted called Fanpage Commissions. Since then, I have started quite a few very successful fan pages and made well over $10,000 from them. During that time I have learned quite a bit about both what works and what does not work when building and advertising a fan page. For instance, which type of bidding you should use when advertising your fan page or fan page content: Optimized bidding or “Advanced” (manual) bidding?

When you create an ad specifically for a fan page on Facebook you are given a few different options on what you would like to promote with that ad. You can get more page likes, promote page posts, or use advanced options to create your campaign.

Get More Page Likes

The Get More Page Likes option simply allows you to create a Facebook ad specifically for your fan page. This add will include the Like button below it to encourage people who view the ad to Like your page.

Promote Page Posts

Search Incent.ly Offers on IncentlyOffers.com

Incently Offers

Last month PeerFly launched a new incentive based affiliate network called incent.ly. On the day of the launch and the following weeks one of the common questions I received was, “when is there going to be an IncentlyOffers.com?” Over the past 2+ years my PeerFly publishers have grown fond of my offer search at PeerFlyOffers.com. When I originally launched PeerFly Offers I assumed it would only be used by people that found it doing Google searches or people who were not approved yet by PeerFly, but what I have found is that a lot of affiliates still use it after they’re an approved PeerFly publisher. I often use it myself rather than the PeerFly offer search and last year there were over 300,000 searches performed on PeerFlyOffers.com so I know I’m not the only one. So, with the launch of incent.ly I knew I needed to put together IncentlyOffers.com and after a few short weeks of programming and tweaking code, I officially launched it yesterday!

Search Incent.ly Offers

The cool thing about PeerFlyOffers.com and IncentlyOffers.com is they have the exact same structure just like PeerFly and Incent.ly and they work the same, but obviously with different offers. → Continue Reading

The Dojo Review

the dojo review

Over the past few months my buddy Oliver Kenyon from CPAFix.com has been working hard on building up the new paid section of his affiliate marketing forum. The new paid section is called The Dojo. It really fits well with the theme Oliver has created for CPAFix and it has been very exciting to watch not only his community at CPAFix grow, but The Dojo as well. Well, last week The Dojo officially launched and I thought I would give you a quick tour of it and explain what makes it different than all the other affiliate marketing forums out there.

Before I continue, I should disclose that I am a Super Moderator and contributor at both CPAFix and The Dojo. Obviously I am somewhat biased towards them because of this, but I also have spent about a year and a half helping the community without any sort of compensation and I would not have done that if I didn’t think CPAFix was awesome.

A little bit about CPAFix

CPAFix is a free affiliate marketing forum run by my buddy, Oliver Kenyon. The community of affiliate marketers there has grown to over 8,000 people! There’s a ton of a great information → Continue Reading

7Search and Prosper202 Optimization Case Study

Profitable 7Search Campaign Case Study

My name is Christian Little and Luke asked if I would mind putting together this posting for you on how I have been promoting PeerFly offers with 7Search. I am going to show you some stats, some results that I have gotten, and hopefully this will help a few aspiring newbies out there. What I am going to show you will not make you rich, but it will get you going in the right direction.

I think I should preface this by saying I am not a super affiliate or anywhere close to it. I do affiliate marketing casually on the side. I have a full time job and a family that take priority over it. So, what I do is a little different than what other people might tell you to do.

There are two elements I consider to be vital if you are going to be even remotely successful when promoting anything online: Tracking and Testing.

For tracking, I strongly suggest you install Prosper202 somewhere and get very familiar with it. It is a free tracking platform that was built for affiliate marketers and it works extremely well in helping you track the results of everything you do.
